Harrier Manufacturing has a range of Running Boards to suit most popular models of single, extra and double Cab vehicles.
The extrusion used is of flat design with a rounded edge and non skid extruded pips and non skid tape to ensure sure footing.
The extrusion is designed to be used only as a running board/step and to fit in with the three main reasons why our clients require a running board on their vehicle.
- Firstly to use as a step.With at least 2 steel mounts holding the extrusion to the vehicle the running board can be safely stood on to climb into the vehicle or to reach onto the roof rack system.
- Secondly for good looks.A smartly designed running board with a polished rounded edge can enhance the looks of your vehicle.Most vehicles have alloy wheels and/or a polished bumper and the running boards help flow these looks together.
- Thirdly to stop all the dirt and stone chips going down the sides of the vehicle.
Harrier running boards generally have no gaps between wheel arch to wheel arch.Hence no stones or mud are able to damage your vehicle.
A rear splash guard also stops dirt flying from the wheel to the sides of the vehicle.
Ground clearance is also taken into account for those who prefer the off road option.
